Smart shopper
I have recently heard that all smart shopper points get dissolved at the end of the year !!!!! Where is this stated or advertised to the loyal shoppers ???? This is both unfair and unacceptable

Thank you for taking the time to write to us.
As per our Smart Shopper T's and C's: Smart Shopper points are valid for 12 months from the time they’re earned>>> http://www.picknpay.co.za/smartshopper-terms-and-conditions
Only points older than 12 months will expire and not all of your points, and points older than 12 months will continue to expire on a rolling month basis.
Please call our Smart Shopper team on ***to check if you have any points expiring.
