Upon doing my shop today, I noticed at the bottom of the till slip it says "Rands available to spend", I only have R22. When I checked a short while back I had over R700, which I had converted from points. The cashier assured me that it does not expire. What has happened to my converted points?

Hi Alison,

Thanks for taking the time to address your concerns with us.

Due to security reasons your switched rand balance will not reflect on your till slip however should you swipe your card at the kiosk or access your online profile you will be able to see your rand balance.

Thank you for your reply. I tried to check online but can't see it anywhere...it doesn't go into my points or my rand balance. I'll check at the kiosk...
