Smart Points Dont Work
I had about R700 points in my card which I was saving last year and when I went to cash in December the switch didn't work and all my points were lost. I decided to give it a try again this year and start accumulating but every time I try to convert my points the machines give me some technical error.
PnP Might as well just throw the entire system if it doesn't work and stop promising customers on things that don't work.

Switches done on 30.12.2016 -
- 76 500 points = R765.00
- 600 points = R6.00
Switch done on 19.08.2017
- 5000 - Switch to Netflorest
- 6000 - Switch to Sterkinekor Theatres
We will revert once they have completed their investigation to find out what had happen to your points/rand value in December 2016.
