Slower than slow
Good evening Pick n Pay, just thought I would bring the following to your attention. Pick n Pay Parklands has to be the slowest branch in all retail outlets country wide. I have been to your branch a couple of times and EACH and every time I have been there I have had to wait and wait for the simplest service. A friend and I went for 2 dozen rolls this morning, took 20 minutes to pack, I then asked for ham, that took another 20 minutes, finally you get to the cashier, that takes another 20 minutes. Honestly it is unbearable. Staff are friendly, the store is like a ghost store, it is always empty, I think I know why. 45 minutes for a bread roll and a piece of ham is just too much. Sorry :( Can't see the store being open long, Parklands has excellent alternate supermarkets, be warned.
