<p>i honestly fail to understand .... in total pick and pay rooishuiskraal , +- 17 till points yet at the busiest time the evening and weekends by 5.30 they have 1till opened at the front cig counter which sup to be the 'fast' line and about 5 tills opened , really guys sort out this issue fed up of waiting 20mins to buy a pack of cig!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>

please do and give me feedback , we cannot spend hours at the counters esp n weekends and evenings , they need to staff up and instead of having 100 'managers' and supervisors walking around they should go work at the till no need for so much management with so little staff. i will await you'lls soultion going foward.
