SLOW SLOW SERVICE - ASAP

I have been ordering via Pick n Pay ASAP for well over a year now and deliveries always were withing 45 min. In the last about 4 months suddenly I am waiting up to 2 hours. When I emailed to complain/query I was informed that delivery could take up to 4 hours. Well that is not the advertised time - 60 minutes is the going promise. I placed an exact order with SPAR on the same evening and the goods arrived within 45 min - P&P took just over 2 hours. Well time to move to another vendor I'd say. P&P has seen the last of me.
