Slow Service and Long Queus

The Pick n Pay at Featherbrooke Village Ruimsig has the worst and slowest service I have ever experienced. Out of approximately 8 tills, they will only open 2 even at peak time. The line can go even into the isle they will not care. I only go there when I am absolutely desparate because there is no way it is normal to stand in a line for 30 minutes with only 2 tills open - the rest have no staff and and the other staff are walking by slowly, chatting and laughing as if they are not there to work. I have complained about this to the Customer Service and nothing has changed. Terrible customer experience each and every time.
