SLOW RESPONSE FROM PICK N PAY ASAP DELIVERY

I have ordered some groceries on the Pick n Pay asap on 20 May 2022. This was delivered on the same day within the time they promise. After delivery guy left, I opened my parcels to check. I was short delivered and immediately sent an email to the appropriate address. I got a reference number no 279063 , my initial order no ***, and now it is 2 weeks later and this matter is still not resolved. I am a pensioner and cannot afford to loose money an pay for goods not delivered.
