Slippery Floors caused my wife harm

Logged a complaint on Pick n Pay's website this morning but it seems they do not want to have a chat about the problem. Disappointing I must say thought it would have been sorted by now. My wife slipped on the wet floors and there was not sign that said the floors are wet. She has now sustained a knee injury and has to see the doctor. I sincerely hope this issue gets the attention of senior management as this is quite serious!
