Slipped in the store

During February I slipped in the store, and I had to make my own way to hospital, whilst in hospital they admitted me and I spent three days there the result was that I dislocated my knee cap and tore the ligament I could not work and I was off for 4 months however I lost my job and up till now they refuse to assist me not to mention after I slipped the manager thought that was pretending, I hope no one else also becomes victim to this
