My daughter was at pnp in Fourways dainfern square. it seems there was a puddle of water on the white tile and customs were not aware of it. Not sure where the water is from, no caution signs nothing. My daughter and another customer slipped and unfortunately my daughter went down. She twisted her ankle and it swallowed up same time. By the time shw got up from the floor she was wet and a few people came to her rescue. The manager came around to see what waa wrong while on a personal call on wats app unbothered. My daughter aaked her you can to check on me but you are on a call. The manager walked away. I have never ever been so disappointed in a store. A generation of social media management!!! Do you know the liability this can bring to your store, the mess you can get in. He walked away not even as much as a are you ok will you manage to get home as she waa limping already. As we speak she cant walk. In the morning first thing is to the doctors unless the situation gets worse we will be spending the night by the ER. Truly disappointed your management staff need traning. Even the cashier, security and shoppers showed more concern for her. A little girl who doesn't even weight 50kg!!!!
