SLIP AND FALL IN STORE

My mother experienced a slip and fall incident on the 13th April 2019 in Pick n Pay Promenade Mitchell's Plain. She has sustain serious injuries of which is still affecting her to this day. She has stopped her personal business as pain has played a huge role in this decision.

At the time PicknPay handed the case to their lawyers we had a probono lawyer assisting with the initial communication. This resource soon came to a stand still as we have exhausted the service. I then took over and supp**** all info needed and stayed in contact with PNP's representatives. The last communication I received from their representatives was on the 22nd November 2019. I persistently emailed the person for feedback and they eventually came back to me on the 8th January stating they did not receive documents. I then followed up and sent the documents again.

There has been no communication since. It is almost a year to the day the incident happened. We called into headoffice and they confirmed the case is pending due to them waiting for my mothers laywer to respond. This was not communicated to us and we do not plan on creating debt finding a lawyer when we have already submitted all relevant info and have responded to every mail.

A response from either headoffice or from their law firm will be appreciated.

Kind Regards Cindy
