Skyworth TV bought at Pick n Pay Maponya

I am very very disappointed, despite continues follow ups with Pick n Pay customer care, no one whatsoever has taken full attention of my complaint. Last Friday called spoke to Bagcinile from customer care who promised to assist with calling the Head Office and come back to me. No call received and according to her there was no feedback at all on the system ever since I have put my complain. Please can someone at Pick n Pay do their job and assist with my matter. It has been a month and half now. It is with great sadness to advice that I am paying an account for a product that I do not have. Thanks
