Sketchy online practices

I won't order a thing form this establishment ever again, and i encourage everyone reading this to do the same. They cant fulfill online orders. The site is set up in such a way to rob you. I ordered 3 boxes of coffee capsules from them online @R70 each. Instead of informing you online that they don't have stock, they made pay for the 3 boxes first, deliver only 1 box and email you after saying that they're out of stock. Meanwhile they've deducted from my account R255 which includes R35 delivery and R10 tip. So i ended up paying R115 for a box of capsules that cost R70. If i knew they didn't have stock I would've gone elsewhere to get it myself, but they had a trick up they're sleeve. They've become so desperate because of the financial struggles they're in, they now need to find alternative sketchy ways to survive. Just close your damn doors already!
