Siphiwe the great!

Siphiwe from PnP Irene Village Mall is an amazing person!

So kind and helpful and just a joy to customers and staff.

I went in today to order a cake for my son last minute. Siphiwe was happy to help and made it feel like it was no effort at all and that he was happy to take the order.

While writing down what I wanted on the cake (in Afrikaans) Siphiwe sommer switched over speaking Afrikaans fluently. It wasn’t necessary, but again, just that something extra.

When I went back later with my son to fetch the cake Siphiwe was busy at a bakery table close to the door. He spotted us and chatted and said the cake was ready. It was a 10 second interaction, but even my son said WOW, HE IS SOOOO NICE! 5 STAR SERVICE!

It really was. Thank you Siphiwe, you are awesome!
