Simply Rude

Dear Pick n Pay<br> <br> I understand that bad service is commonplace here in South Africa and as the consumers we have largely become immune to it. This Pick n Pay in question takes the cake; cashiers never greet,staff are never around when needed, cashiers are rude, others think it's fine to hit on customers (this has happened to me and other women). The most common of these is the rudeness and as a regular customer I experience this often. The worst was last week when I stood in line to withdraw at the till and to finally get in front for the cashier to tell me she has no money in the till. When I asked her what can I do, she said she don't know and looked away as if I was bothering her.
