Silverwater Crossing, Silverton Pretoria

I visited the Supermarket as I usually do from time to time as I need supplies. I was very disappointed with level of service I received from the take away food counter after standing there for more then 5 minutes whilst the staff was busy with other clients and just glancing over to me and another staff member Brenda came to help from not at the food counter she couldn't find a price for what I wanted to buy and requested help from her colleagues that just told her I must wait in which I said I've been waiting and I left without the food it is so pathetic the service I got from the staff.

To make matters worse at the till the cashier Reineth Chaane gave me less plastic bags all my stuff couldn't be packed by the packer and when the she requested another bag she refused because I already payed for my groceries.

We had to put everything in the trolley without bags the service I got was disgusting and I always buy from this store I guess it will be my last time . You said new management but the same old staff that is not friendly. and dragging their feet.
