Sick & Tired Of Pick N Pay ASAP

I am so disgusted with the Pick N Pay ASAP service. I’ve used this delivery service a handful of times and it’s always a frustration. Items are always missing from my order, painstakingly slow deliveries, attitude from the delivery guys and always a hassle to get a refund for all the missing items.

The app doesn’t allow me to chat with an agent and emails don’t get attended to. I’m still waiting for a refund from June this year!

Today was the last straw. I placed an order, it took 3 hours to be prepared and packed. The delivery itself took another 2 hours. There’s a item missing and the app itself doesn’t allow me to chat with an agent who can help me get a refund for the missing item and also get feedback on the terrible delivery.

Today was the last I’ll be using this app!
