Sick and tired of useless pathetic service, Pick n Pay ASAP

I ordered yesterday on the asap delivery app(order nr: ***). I ordered I&J Light and crispy (R69.99) x4 & Flora light (R56.99) x2, so the person who did the shopping send a message to say it was out of stock and I must pick something else, so I did, and I got a message to say it was successful, just to receive my order without those items. SO now I sit with R393.94 in my "wallet" and I have to pay delivery and tip again! I'm so sick and tired of this useless service!!!! The person could have send a message to say that my replacement was also out of stock. this is not the first time that Pick 'n pay does this. Always and issue with no stock, but when you go to the shop, they have stock. You advertise on the radio that you will deliver within 60 min and you know that is a lie!!!!
