Shrinking clothing

Good day,

I am writing to formally raise my dissatisfaction with the quality of the golf shirts purchased from Pick n Pay Clothing. My wife recently bought four golf shirts for me. Each shirt was worn once and washed once, and every one of them has shrunk noticeably. This is not the first time we have experienced this issue with your clothing.

I understand that returns or exchanges usually require slips or tags. However, I feel it is only reasonable that Pick n Pay Clothing reviews this matter, as it is extremely frustrating to spend a significant amount of money on items that can only be worn once before becoming unusable.

The consistent quality issue suggests a manufacturing or fabric problem, and I believe customers should not be penalised when the product does not meet acceptable standards of durability.

I kindly request that this matter be investigated and that a suitable resolution be considered.
