Shouting PnP employee & non chalant manager

Today I experienced the worst customer service at PnP KwaDukuza where an employee who goes by Mkhize screamed at us and said we're suffocating him and stormed off saying he doesn't have time for nonsense he is going on lunch. I reported this to the manager on duty Thula, who did not take my issue seriously and I had to wait for over 10 minutes for him to call over Mkhize, who ended up not coming. When I told him that I am not happy with just standing there with no communication, he said I must let the issue go it's not that much of a big deal he will address it later with Mkhize in his own way, he was so non chalant about the entire thing. I am never setting foot again in that store because they acted as if they were doing me a favour by being in their premises
