Shouting pick n pay supervisor

On a Friday I went to pick n pay Kenilworth to do shopping, I only had a web ticket to buy my groceries with, on checking out and standing in a line for a while, we get to the end and I try to use the web ticket, the till lady keys in the code and the whole computer crashes . Store supervisor comes along and abrubtly asks what happened, the lady tells her about the ticket and the supervisior just starts shouting, no tickets, no electricity, no airtime,no this, no that no no. Glares at me, starts rushing to tell all the people in the line to leave and go to other lines and the till lady to quickly pack her till and go to another one. Leaves me standing ... By this time I'm trying to phone customer care to help because the supervisior is just shouting, and won't help me at all .. leaves me standing there. Then I wanted to see what would happen, she goes away, the staff go in the back office room and come out laughing like something is a fat joke, she walks up to me and and I ask what must I do, she tells me that she can't help me at all, she says the whole of pick n pay is down nationally, I ask her to a manual override and she refuses, I say I want the manager, at first she refused. Then she says she'll show me how shell help me. She is takes my groceries to the customer service, calls the management, rude manager with arms folded just says they will do nothing. I had to leave empty handed, when I got home I called customer service again, who said they could have done a manual override, I made a complaint, pick n pay never responded. The horrific experience, I will never go back. Iv been shouted at by the bakery before and will never Shop there again. Pick n pay Kenilworth centre,. The worst pick n pay of the year. Rude shouting staff.
