Shout out to Pick 'n Pay Deliveries

I have tried online shopping with the 3 major supermarket chains in SA. Firstly I must admit that I'm one of those people who does not see the need (and it annoys me to no end)! to have to download an app for every damn thing, including blinking! Most everybody these days requires you to down load their app before being able to do anything. One should have a choice as these apps take up unnecessary space on your phone, just slowing it down. But with Pick 'n Pay I can order via the app or online and they still know who I am. Their delivery service is top notch, their delivery price fair. The worst of the lot has to be Woolworths. They have a long way to go. But customer service has never been their forte'. Quality products is where they shine. I ordered on line with them Thurs midday; they confirmed a morning time slot for delivery the next day; missed the delivery, I emailed them the afternoon to advise on non delivery; no reply. I get a call on the Mon checking to see if I received my delivery for the Fri past. Lets not even go to receiving deliveries in drips and drabs. With Pick 'n Pay whether I order clothing or food, I'm guaranteed of receiving my goods timeously and goods arrive together as ordered.
