Should have read the other reviews before ordering...

I ordered a washing machine and microwave on 19/12, the expected delivery date was 26/12 which was fine. Later that day I received an email that the order would be delivered 20/12 and was so impressed with the service and gave my old microwave to my helper before she left that day. Well, today, 29/12 and my order still isn't delivered. The call centre can't put you through to anyone who works in that department, apparently they're far too important to speak to actual customers. So far I have had emails from Brittany and Lameez (because every time I try calling to follow up I get a new ticket raised, and best of all have to give aaallll my details over again because heaven forbid they look up my order number and find all the info there) and still no sign of my order, which, let's not forget I've already paid for.

Oh, and Christmas dinner without a microwave was less than fun, thanks for that.

No wonder Checkers are eating you for breakfast, even Makro has a better delivery service with their online shopping and when there's an issue they actually resolve it instead of ignoring you in the hopes that you go away...
