should have asked you to make a store anouncement

went to the Pick n Pay Cavendish convenient store and asked to withdraw cash at the till point, going to a cashier with no one else in line at her till point specIfically, i quietly ask to withdraw x amount, c assumes its eg, R200 and not R2000 and loudly asks me R2000! the supervisor then comes and asks do you need to withdraw i again say yes R2000 please quietly, the next cashier the supervisor takes me to once again gives me the amount in hundreds and when i quietly say not hundred but thousand please, she also SHOUTS!!!! R2000! The supervisor is then more suprised than ever for the amount and says we don't do such IOU's as we are a convenient store....fine then listen to the amount from the start and quietly tell me that you don''t,but don't shout and put me at risk.... it's a supermarket with plenty of people in it, do you really think that people would not follow you and take the money like they would if you went to the bank? i found it extremely disturbing that the staff were so unaware and inconsiderate of the safety of the customer withdrawing, why don't you then have little slips we customers can fill out at the till with the amount on....<br> wow still upset and shocked!
