Should Customer care not CARE?

I participated in the PnP Brackenfell Jamie Oliver promotion. They didn't have stock of the one that I wanted, so they said they added me to a list and said they will call back by the 16th August. It is the 28th. I called PnP Brackenfell and the published number says not available. I called Customer "Care". They simply put me through to somewhere where no one answered... Seems PnP don't keep to promises anymore. Customer Care doesn't care. Very disappointed...
