Short of 20c and made to go and withdraw it

I am writing this report still in shock and disbelieve of the treatment Ive just received at Pick n Pay Musgrave. Ive always been a loyal customer at various pick n pays especially this one as I work around the area. Our relationship has now been broken thanks to Nonhlanhla who is the cashier. Ive just spend R100 odd rands buying lunch and I was short of 20c. With such an attitude she responds 'What do you want me to do?'. I know Pick n Pay is running a business but is it really that necessary to walk someone to an ATM / Smart Shopper Kiosk to go an withdraw 20c whilst holding up the queue. I was completely embarrassed of this and never thought in my life I will be treated like Im robbing Pick n Pay for a mere 20c. Whilst walking to find the 20c with her Packer, I then told her. For 20c she makes me go and withdraw. To her surprise she said that is absurd and pulls out coins and gives me 30c. WOOW!! I am lost for words and will NEVER go back there. I will make sure all my work collegues don't go there. We would go to SPAR at Glenwood. DISGUSTED! She does not belong in the front end of the store and needs to go clean floors. If she can make me suffer for 20c imagine 50c? call SAPS
