SHORT DELIVERY ON ONLINE ORDER

I am a regular user of PnP's online service, Normally, delivery problems are dealt with expediently. Not so this time: On 27/6/2024 my order no. *** was delivered. I had ordered a case of 4th street sweet white wine which consists of 4 x 5l boxes for R680. However, I only received one box which I pointed out to the driver and made a note on the delivery note. I have so far, lodged 3 complaints about this and requested a refund of R510. Customer services escalates the issue but it is still not resolved. ***
