Short delivery and unresolved query

I bought the Pick n pay windhoek lager specials (2 off) on Thursday via the app. Pick n pay only delivered 1 special. I immediately logged a call and to date my query is still not resolved.

I am very frustrated as I prepared for the long weekend and have now run out. This is not the 1st time pick n pay is messing up with my orders.

Please resolve my query and sort yourselves out as there's no way I'm using your app again.
