Short delivery and bad packing

<p>Shopping online with PicknPay is average. You get charged the full amount and short delivered. The poor call centre agents endure my wrath for late deliveries etc and the branch doesn't even answer their phones. Some items get sent in packets others loose so why then if packets are requested none are sent? The service from PicknPay is average, very average. I am merely one customer but I think I would rather spend my money at an institution that offers online service delivery and knows how to deliver what is ordered, and how it was ordered. Is it worth shopping online with PicknPay in comparison to Loot and Takealot and Discem.... no. </p>
