Short delivery

I placed an order on the 20th November, order number *** on PNP ASAP. I received my order the same day but not all the items ordered was delivered. I immediately queried this with the call centre. I only received 1 of 6 sunlight dish washing refill sachets. I was advised that they will wscalte this to the store till today I have not been assist. I queried this also on email and no response. This is bad service.
