Short change is still theft

Please could you do something about the theft of change at the till points at a number of your stores. The one lady even had the cheek to comment "Oh, I nearly ****** you", when I asked for the balance when I was short changed. Theft is theft, and If your staff have no problem *****ing from me they wont have a problem *****ing from you. Times are tough for everyone, but your tellers at least have a job, which is more than I do!
