Shopping online - A big JOKE
I have called PnP customer service and sent a message on facebook to inquire about an item that is promotion online. Al i want to know is till when the promotion is and no one is able to assist me. The call center advised they can do an inquiry that will take 3-5 working days, however should the special end tomorrow, that's tough luck. How can you offer items on promotion with no end date and your ONLINE call center themselves have no idea what is going on?
