shopping inconvennience
Pick n Pay clothing store in Mitchells plain promenade
we are not allowed to take trollies into the store. this makes the shopping such an inconvennience and and safe as we then need to leave the trolley outside with either our kids. our kids is with us for the shopping experience and have to fit on clothes, but they not allowed in as they have to police the trolley outside.
this is such a bad shopping experience for the customer, i have raised this with the store manager with no solution from his side
this is the first store that doesnt allow trolleys on the store

05 Jul 2023, 10:46yes please they can contact me. however the storemanager said there was nothing he could do about the situation and that he has raised it with higher management before which then instructed him to put the no trolley sign on the entrance door
