Shopping experience getting worse by the day.

On the 28 of July i wrote a complaint about the bad service and the lack of stock in this branch.I got contacted by Phillip to come and see him regarding my complaint where he apologized about the service. In the last week I've made about 3 trips to this branch and yet again can never find what i am looking for.Simple things like bread, hot dog rolls,cigarettes and cold drinks is always out of stock.For 16 Years living in the area this branch has never been so bad.If a person finds what you looking for you have to stand in a Que for at least 10-15 min, this is pathetic! Is the service that customers receive ever going to change?
