Shoppers and call centre staff are ***********!

I placed an order on the 12th of March with Pick 'n pay ASAP!. Some items were out of stock and some wrongly priced items were delivered. I returned the items immediately when the driver delivered and it was taken back to the store which amounted to about R200. Plus the out of stock items of R99 so I am expecting a refund of about R300 but I didn't receive it. It's been more than 10 working days, actually 50 working days. I have contacted customer service with calls and emails but there's no help.
