Shop so hot inside never ending saga

I went to Pick n Pay Northgate today, the shop is so hot, so I walk out and went to Checkers instead. I have lost count of how many times I have complained to Head Office Cape Town about the air-cons. Obviously the air-cons are never going to be attended to. why does the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director not make a visit to Northgate, as this is going on for three years now, this air-con issue, and please don't have air-con maintenance phoning me again as I am the customer not the manager of the shop. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE SORT THIS AIR-CON OUT...otherwise I will be forced to boycott Pick n Pay for good.
