Shop cleanliness in question

I had two bad experiences at Pick 'n Pay Tokai Junction. The first time I had to dig two 1 litre milk out of a crade whereby I discovered afterward that the spill milk in the crade was actually sower. The second time I had to see how a ****roach run over my items I have purchased at the paypoint while scanning. This incidents was brought under the store managers attention and as usual they pick the easy way out. The first incident they stuffed a two litres milk in my hand just to quiet and I let it go. Since the second matter was reported I still had no feedback from the store manager.
