Shoddy Pick n Pay ASAP Delivery

On Nov 8, 2024, I placed a ASAP order which was accepted at Victory Park. The delivery instructions for the facility where I reside is very clear, and precise. I use a lot of online buying, and evrrybody is able to find my room. Even other Pick n Pay branches. I logged a ticket on the app, only to receive a email stating that the matter has been resolved, and the ticket was closed. I placed the complaint because the driver went PAST my room and dumped my purchase at another room. The resident in that room thought it was from her children and started consuming my goods. I feel that the delivery charge, as well as the tip should be recovered from the driver as he did not execute his duty as he should have. The order ref is ***2
