Shockingly appalling service from pick n Pay Northmead

I bought meat from pick n pay Northmead Asap and they delivered expired wors to me. Since the 20th of August 2022 I have been escalating the matter and I have received no feedback nor a resolution to the problem. Pick n pay has not contacted me even once not acknowledged my complaint. I am very irate at the lack of care they have shown me as a loyal customer. Never again will I consume nor purchase anything from pick n pay again.
