Shocking voucher ***** at Pick n Pay Bedfordview – staff involvement suspected

On 13 February 2026 I sent a Capitec voucher to a friend who tried to cash it at Pick n Pay Clothing, Bedfordview. She was helped by a staff member named *Happy Matshira* (no name tag). He claimed the voucher was declining, so I sent a second one, thinking the first would be reversed. To my horror, the original voucher was later withdrawn in KwaZulu‑Natal, with only the recipient and Happy having access to it. I have reported the incident to Capitec and will open a police case. I urge Pick n Pay to investigate this employee and tighten voucher‑handling procedures.
