Shocking service with PnP Asap.

I ordered off the PnP asap so at 7.40 this morning, order would come between 8.30 and 9. I was happy with that. The it kept changing and eventually got to 11am. By 8.40 I am my order had not yet been accepted. 4 calls later to customer service my order has not been properly cancelled. Then by the 4th person only then do I get told it will take 1 -10 working days for my refund. Overall shocking service by pick n pay. Do not reccomend using the app at All.
