Shocking service from their flagship store

Placed a large order using your ASAP service. Do I actually have to go to the store and do the shopping myself. Not only were items taken off my order but you didnt even bother packing my bottle of Vat 69 whiskey which is on the list. I want to know how you intend resolving this. Appalling service
