SHOCKING SERVICE FROM PNP RATHER GO TO CHECKERS

On the 22/12/2015 I ran into PnP to pick up a couple of items.I got everything and stood in the basket queue for 30 minutes (Christmas shoppers). I get to the till and am faced with a cashier with terrible attitude obviously because it is so busy. I point out an error she has made TWICE and she ignored me,then I get the till slip and I was correct she had made an error. She calls supervisor who takes me to information and am told that she cant help me I must go to the cigarette counter,I am then told to stand at the back of the queue which has about 8 people in it! I ask for the manager who they call a number of times and does not respond and the supervisor takes me back to the information and suddenly the lady is able to help me with the reimbur*****t. I still insist on seeing the manager as I have been standing around for no less than 25 minutes waiting for everyone! They tell me that he is on till 4! I go to him and he is sitting PLAYING CASHIER while the store is in chaos! He said he has an assistant who should have helped me..really you are paying a manager to sit on a till and a lesser paid supervisor to control the shop! I wrote to PnP TWICE complaining and again NOTHING
