Shocking Service From Pick n Pay Waterfall, KZN

This is the worst PnP that I have ever been in. I often can only get 50% of my shopping list as the products are out of stock. Management are not at all helpful and don't know much about their product range. All they can say is that the product is out of stock - never do they say I will check up and find out and call you - they have never taken my phone. and offered to call me back. Often products are unpriced on shelves ............
