Shocking service form Pick n Pay Mall of Africa Store Manager

A parcel was sent from Pick n Pay (via Aramex) on 28 April at approximately 11:00 to me. The sender contacted me on 3 May to enquire if I have received the parcel. Unfortunately I did not. She then emailed the Store Manager at Pick n Pay Mall of Africa (who assisted her in completing the waybill) Mr Brian Phumlani Mtshali (on advice from Aramex) to enquire about the parcel. He rep**** via email later on the afternoon of 3 May that he will investigate. The sender once again sent an email on 8 May to Mr Mtshali without any response from him. I personally travelled to the store on Tuesday 14 May to personally see Mr Mtshali. He was not there and a gentleman at the Customer Care counter phoned him. Mr Mtshali confirmed that he is still investigating and that Aramex will be at the store on 14 May to follow up and investigate. I had to give my details "because Mr. Mthsali will phone you tomorrow - 14 May". To date no reaction from him. This is really shocking customer service from Pick and Pay.

Good morning. I received an email that the call has been completed. Unfortunately this is not the case. Rajeev (deputy store manager) called me and explained that Aramex lost the parcel. He then forwarded me the number of Rethabile from Aramex who deals with claims. I asked him if she would call me.....no reply from him via WA. I did try and call Rethabile without any success. She however send me this message:
"Good Afternoon...kindly note that after my visit I reverted back to customer service of my findings....the fact that I viewed the footage however due to store policy the video could not be sent to me...unfortunately, I currently dnt know how far they are with the case." My calls and WA all goes unanswered.
