Shocking Service ever

On 2021/11/02 i was on vacation and ordered snacks and drinks via Pic n Pay ASAP app at 19:30 and received an acknowledgement that my order was going to be delivered the following day between 10:am to 11:00 am and that day was my checkout day. i waited until 12:00PM and no delivery came. At 15:30 when i was already home i received a call informing me that they were delivering my order. i asked the driver to return everything back as i had already left the place and return my money back. i received confirmation that my order was successfully returned to the store but until today my money has not been returned to my account. This is the worst service experience ever and i did not expect this from Pic n Pay im really ****ed.
