shocking service during outbreak

Just want to say how disappointed I am with the service at your fourways crossing branch

Firstly during this virus outbreak there is no one standing by the doors with sanitizer-instead it was with the security guards who were standing by the kiosk chatting to each other also there was none at the tills and the staff were not wearing gloves- on the other hand go to the lonehill branch and you even have guys wiping down your trolley before you take it

There was an incident last Wednesday morning where a drunk man was at the tills swearing at other customers and yet your security didn’t even approach him.i asked the security about it as I left and all they did was look at me and did nothing.
