Shocking service at PnP Longbeach

Shocking service. I purchased fresh cream which was within the expiry date and is solid and sour. I am trying to get a refund and I am being treated very poorly. I've been waiting for 20 mins in store waiting for people on smart shopper etc etc.

The manager does not have the "authority" to give me my money. Very disappointing.
