Shocking Service at Pick 'n Pay Waterfall KZN
Pick n Pay Waterfall in KZN shocking service and unhappy shopping experience on every visit - can only find 50% of my shopping list - keep asking management for answers but they don't care. On 4th August at 14h00 I needed help - staff *********** and they could not find the manager Quinton - waited for 10 minutes and left. This store has gone downhill for several months now and I can only think that the owner does not care.
